Everything we sell is a digital printable PDF. Nothing is shipped. After purchase you get access to download the file.
2. Personal use license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download and print the file for your own household as many times as you need. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload or claim the files as your own.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We never see or store your card details.
4. Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a file is damaged or you cannot access it, contact us and we will fix it. See our Refund Policy page.
5. Not professional advice
Our printables are organizing tools. They are not a substitute for advice from a veterinarian or a qualified dog trainer.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, text and images are owned by Puppy Parent Kit and protected by copyright.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide our products as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using them.
